Heavy Collision Technician

Our top bay. You handle the big hits — structural pulls, frame and unibody work, and full teardowns back to factory spec.

What you'll do
  • Measure and pull frames and unibodies on the computerized frame rack
  • Full disassembly, structural repair, and reassembly on major collision jobs
  • MIG/TIG and aluminum welding to OEM procedures
  • Read OEM repair procedures and document supplements
What we're looking for
  • Real experience on structural collision work
  • Comfortable welding steel and aluminum
  • Own your hand tools
  • Takes pride in a car that comes out straight
Bodywork · Panels

Auto Body Technician (Body Man)

The core of the shop. Panel replacement, dent and metal work, and getting every gap and line right before it hits the booth.

What you'll do
  • Remove and replace panels, bumpers, and body components
  • Metal finishing, dent repair, and filler work to a clean surface
  • Set and align panel gaps to factory spec
  • Prep vehicles for the paint department

  • Solid all-around body repair experience
  • Clean, straight bodywork — no shortcuts

Spray Booth · Color Match

Auto Painter

Run our downdraft booth. Factory color matching with a spectrophotometer, blends, and full repaints that come out invisible.

What you'll do
  • Mix and match factory colors using the spectrophotometer
  • Spray base, clear, and single-stage in the downdraft booth
  • Blend panels so repairs disappear under any light
  • Full and custom repaints to a show-quality finish
What we're looking for
  • Proven refinish and color-match experience
  • Steady hand and an eye for a perfect match
  • Knows modern waterborne and solvent systems
  • Clean, dust-free work habits
Sand · Mask · Prime

Paint Prepper

The step that makes the paint. Sand, mask, prime, and prep every vehicle so it goes into the booth ready for a flawless finish.

What you'll do
  • Sand, feather-edge, and block panels for primer and paint
  • Mask and tape vehicles for the booth
  • Apply primer and guide-coat, then block for a straight surface
  • Keep the prep area and materials organized
What we're looking for
  • Prep or detail experience — or a strong worker ready to learn
  • Patient and thorough; understands prep is everything
  • Fast hands without cutting corners
  • Shows up and keeps pace
Buff · Polish · Delivery

Detailer

The last set of hands on every job. Cut, buff, and polish finished repairs and hand back a car that looks better than it did before the accident.

What you'll do
  • Wet-sand, cut, and buff fresh paint to a mirror finish
  • Wash, clay, and polish completed vehicles
  • Clean interiors and remove overspray and shop dust
  • Final quality walk before delivery to the customer
What we're looking for
  • Detailing or buffing experience
  • Sharp eye for swirl marks, dust nibs, and imperfections
  • Cares that every car leaves perfect
  • Dependable team player
